We are URBAN CLIMATE ARCHITECTS. We stand for a future where everyone can live, work and play healthily and safely together. We create a stage where young, old, rich and poor (and everyone in between) can build, develop and grow a quality life. The climate is an undeniable force which must be recognized, respected and understood, and for us, this is done so through sustainability. Energy is generated locally as much as possible. Where feasible, we are in favour of applying natural biomass materials instead of concrete and steel to try and reduce the environmental impact of the latter. Wood is renewable, functions very effectively as a carbon dioxide store and can be repurposed with ease .

Bureau Boom is a young architecture studio focused on the future. We stand for an integral design approach, using BIM-models in every phase of the design process in collaboration with various disciplines such as the user, constructor, engineer and contractor. We value: offering quality over quantity, financial feasibility, sustainability, listening to the end user, ingenuity and good communication. Each design assignment has different parameters and that requires a tailor-made approach. It is important to listen carefully to the wishes and requirements of all parties involved. We provide creative solutions that would otherwise not have been found. This applies to new construction as well as renovation.
